What determines the price of the roll off dumpsters?

The main factors that determine the price are the how much debris you will be disposing of, your location, and the
type of materials you will be putting in the dumpster. Location will impact prices because every city municipality
and landfill has it’s own fee and tax schedule. There can also be charges if you overfill your dumpster or exceed the
weight limit. Not to worry though, we will go over all these details when you call us to discuss your project needs.

How high can I fill the roll off dumpster?

It’s important that you don’t fill the dumpster higher than the top, so that we can transport it from your location. Texas
law mandates that we cover the top of the dumpster to ensure that no debris flies out while being transported. If the
dumpster is filled too high we might not be able to get the cover on top of it.

How long am I allowed to keep the roll off dumpster?

E.W.B. offers daily, weekly, monthly or yearly lease agreements. Our company is willing to work with you or your
business.

Do I have to be home or on site when you pick up the dumpster?

No you don’t need to be there when we pick up the dumpster. However, you do need to ensure that the dumpster is
easy accessible and conforms with the prohibited materials and weight guidelines.

Am I allowed to move the dumpster?

No you are not allowed to move the dumpster once we have delivered it to your location. We always try to find the
best place to put the dumpster based on your location and project needs. Since moving a dumpster can cause
damage to the underside of the dumpster you would be responsible for any damage that occurs from moving it.

Do you automatically pick up the dumpster when my rental period is up?

No we don’t. You will need to schedule a pick-up with us when you are ready for us to get the dumpster from your
location. We will normally pick up the dumpster within a 24-hour window, excluding weekends. Our hours for delivery
and pick up are 8:00 am until dark on weekdays. We are typically closed for major holidays. If your neighborhood has
time restrictions just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Can the dumpster damage my property?

We take care to not damage your property when placing the dumpster at your location. We place a protective barrier
on your driveway between the dumpster to help minimize any chance for damage. Unfortunately, we can’t take
responsibility for any damage that may occur to your driveway or lawn, even if the weather contributes to any
damage.
